Tik Pavion, Community Engagement & Partnerships Lead 

Tik Pavion is a passionate community leader, advocate, and relationship builder dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities., She works collaboratively with residents, organisations, and stakeholders to create opportunities that support inclusion, wellbeing, personal growth, and positive social change.  

With extensive experience across health and social care, employment support, community development, training, and business development, Tik brings a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to her work. She has successfully built partnerships, developed community initiatives, and supported individuals to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.  

Tik is also the Co-Founder of Happy Me Community CIC and a dedicated women’s advocate, committed to creating safe, empowering spaces where people can connect, grow, and thrive. Her people-centred approach, combined with a strong belief in the power of collaboration, enables her to drive meaningful impact for individuals, families, and communities across Greater Manchester and beyond.
