At Collaborate Out Loud CIC, we create social value by bringing people, communities, organisations and systems together to address complex challenges through collaboration, creativity and collective action. We believe that meaningful and lasting change happens when people have the opportunity to learn, connect, create and act together.

Our work creates social value by designing and facilitating inclusive spaces where diverse voices are heard, lived experience is valued, and people who are often excluded from decision-making can influence the issues that affect their lives. Through creative engagement, co-design, community research and systems change approaches, we help communities, public services and partners develop solutions that are grounded in real-world experiences and local strengths.

We design accessible, trauma-informed and inclusive engagement approaches that remove barriers to participation and ensure that a wide range of voices are represented.
