Reimagining Systems and Places
The Principles of Collaborating Out Loud
The Principles of Collaborating Out Loud are a values-based framework for creating meaningful collaboration, social innovation and positive change. The principles encourage people and organisations to work openly, build trusted communities, embrace diverse perspectives, share power, act with generosity and kindness, and turn ideas into practical action. Rooted in co-production and fair exchange, they provide a foundation for creating inclusive spaces where lived experience, professional expertise and collective learning come together to drive change and strengthen communities.
