Hannah Brownhill, Positive Psychology & Leadership Coach
Hannah is a facilitator, coach and Positive Psychology Practitioner who is passionate about helping people, teams and organisations create the conditions to thrive. As an Associate with Collaborate Out Loud, she creates compassionate, person-centred spaces where people can pause, reflect, learn and grow, supporting individuals and organisations to build confidence, resilience and sustainable wellbeing.
Drawing on experience across education, the charity sector and public services, Hannah brings a blend of practical leadership experience, coaching expertise and evidence-based wellbeing approaches. Her background as a teacher and leader gives her a deep understanding of the challenges people face in complex and demanding environments, enabling her to support meaningful personal and organisational development.
Hannah specialises in applying positive psychology to leadership, learning and organisational culture, helping people recognise and build on their strengths while developing the confidence and capability to navigate change. Her work is grounded in the belief that wellbeing is not an individual responsibility alone, but is shaped by the relationships, systems and cultures that surround us.
Alongside her coaching and facilitation work, Hannah has served as a non-executive director, trustee and school governor, bringing valuable governance and strategic leadership experience to her practice. As a Churchill Fellow, she combines research, curiosity and real-world insight to explore how people and communities flourish, using these learnings to inform her work with leaders, organisations and partnerships.
Known for her warmth, empathy and thoughtful approach, Hannah helps people make sense of complexity, reconnect with what matters most and take positive action. Whether facilitating conversations, coaching individuals or supporting organisational change, she brings energy, compassion and a deep commitment to helping people realise their potential and create lasting impact.
