She believes that healthy people, healthy relationships and healthy systems are the foundation for lasting change, and she specialises in helping organisations adopt more adaptive, collaborative and relational approaches to leadership.
Amy has led and supported major leadership initiatives across health and public service systems. Working alongside Claire Haigh, she co-led the redesign of the national Leading for System Change programme for health systems in England and contributed to a city-region exploration of the leadership needed to reduce health inequalities and create fairer outcomes for communities. Internationally, she has developed leadership programmes across Africa and designed Lead Forward, strengthening shared leadership across global health partnerships.
Alongside her consultancy work, Amy spent more than a decade as a guest lecturer at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and Edge Hill University, bringing together research, practice and leadership development. Known for her intellectual curiosity, depth of thinking and ability to make complex ideas accessible, Amy helps leaders and systems develop the confidence and capability to navigate uncertainty and create positive, lasting change.
