Hayley Simpson, Wellbeing and Healing Centred Practice Lead

Hayley is a wellbeing practitioner, facilitator and healing-centred practitioner who is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, build resilience and thrive in the face of life’s challenges. As Lead for Wellbeing and Healing-Centred Practice at Collaborate Out Loud and Co-Owner of Creative Calm Yoga Studio, Hayley combines ancient wisdom with modern wellbeing approaches to support individuals, teams and leaders in creating healthier, more balanced ways of living and working.

With more than a decade of experience in yoga, meditation, mindfulness and energy healing, Hayley creates nurturing and inclusive spaces where people can slow down, reflect and develop a deeper connection with themselves. As a qualified Yogi, Reiki Master and Doula, she brings a holistic approach to wellbeing, recognising the importance of mind, body and emotional health in building sustainable resilience and personal growth.

Alongside her wellbeing practice, Hayley brings extensive leadership experience from her career in retail management. This unique combination enables her to bridge the worlds of wellbeing and organisational leadership, helping senior leaders and teams cultivate the self-awareness, balance and resilience needed to navigate complexity, uncertainty and change.

Hayley’s work is grounded in the belief that wellbeing is not simply about coping, but about creating the conditions for people to flourish. Through mindfulness, movement, reflection and healing-centred approaches, she supports individuals and organisations to reconnect with their strengths, manage challenges with greater ease and cultivate a renewed sense of purpose, energy and possibility.

Known for her warmth, authenticity and calming presence, Hayley helps people feel grounded, supported and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Committed to lifelong learning and personal development, she continually deepens her practice to ensure her work remains relevant, inclusive and responsive to the needs of the people and communities she serves.
